Who we are

EBS Consulting P.C. is the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

What this website collects

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so your browser does not contact third parties when you visit.

The contact form and the “Send this route” button do not send anything to our server. They open your own email app with a pre-filled message, and nothing reaches us unless you send that email.

Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, time and requested page, to keep the service secure.

When you contact us

If you email or call us, we use your name, contact details and the content of your message to reply to you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We keep this correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose, or longer where the law requires it. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies. If you switch theme or language, your browser saves that choice in its local storage so the site remembers it. It is never sent to us, and you can clear it in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@ebsconsulting.gr.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at www.dpa.gr.
